Last weekend I made it to Pick Me Up, a contemporary graphic design fair at swanky Somerset House, London. Around 20 different artists and collectives exhibited including paper artist Rob Ryan who took over a huge studio space. You can watch a little time lapse movie of his team working on a piece at the event by Karl Sadler here. I wish I had such a degree of patience and precision with a craft knife…
Print Club London seemed to be having an awesome time demonstrating screen printing and I really enjoyed the attention to detail at the Nobrow display which you can read about over at Creative Review. I also love love loved Cat Johnston’s model work as part of Concrete Hermit’s exhibit room.
